What we cover
The standalone workshop is a tour through how I actually work. Topics covered (or demonstrated live, depending on the PoC):
- Harnesses — Claude Code, Codex, Pi
- Hooks — pre/post tool, lifecycle, custom enforcement
- Subagents — when to spawn them, how to scope them
- Worktrees — parallel agent workflows without stepping on each other
- Remote sessions — persistent agent loops that survive disconnects (Modal Sandboxes pattern)
- Sandboxes — isolated execution for code the agent generates
- Plans & goals — how I structure long-horizon work
The paired (+$500) workshop covers whatever’s relevant to the product being installed.
